Threalty Services Limited is a real estate company operating in Uganda, providing property management, brokerage, consultancy, and related services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Services and Property Listings
We provide property listings, management tools, and consultancy. All listings are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding accuracy or availability. We verify listings to the best of our ability, but users should conduct their own due diligence.
For property management and brokerage services, separate agreements may apply. Fees are as agreed in those contracts.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to: misuse our Services, post false information, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in illegal activities. You grant us a license to use any content you submit for providing Services.
6. Payments and Fees
Fees for services are outlined in specific agreements. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may update fees with notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our site (logos, text, images) is owned by Threalty or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.
8. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate your access at any time for violations. Upon termination, your obligations under these Terms survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Ugandan law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts in Kampala, Uganda.
