Why is this a big deal?

Because every single line of code, layout, and function has been built internally by our own team. We decided to do this not just to cut costs because contrary to that, we lost a lot of time and opportunity through this endeavor but — it was a hands-on mission to better understand the technologies and frameworks that run the web today.

We believe that to truly innovate and deliver the products we’ve promised; we must first master the platforms we intend to disrupt.

If you’ve read our company bio or followed our vision, you already know we’re a tech-driven real estate company. This is our first bold step in walking that talk and here is sneak peek into what’s happening in the Background.

We’re also training an AI-powered real estate chatbot designed with negotiation capabilities and the intelligence to handle the repetitive — yet critical — parts of property transactions. This will allow our agents to focus on higher-level strategy, while still delivering fast, efficient customer service.

Alongside that, we’re developing a next-gen property management system, powered by incredible models — built to function as both a workflow engine and a virtual property manager in your pocket.

Yes, it’s ambitious. But that’s the mission.

As AI continues to go mainstream (most of us already use ChatGPT on a regular basis), we believe that all sectors including our will be disrupted. That’s why we're building an ecosystem where professionals and customers alike can interact with real estate in a faster, smarter, more secure way — powered by automation, AI, and soon, even blockchain to track and authenticate transactions.
